So i posted a similar photo last week and after getting some feedback treated for coccidiosis for 3 days. But after that i began seeing more yellowish poops and this one today. Im pretty sure i saw a single white worm yesterday in a yellow poop. Is it worms that could cause this? This other thing is that I was feeding them layer feed too early and recently switched them back on age appropriate feed. Any feedback would be helpful. I'm extremely new to this.

I'm pretty sure it's fine, there's a special name for it.... but I can't remember it. 🤦‍♀️

It is called cecal poo, which I think accounts for about every 7th chicken poo. If that is what it is, it is normal. However I am not a chicken poo expert. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will be able to give you a more informed answer.
@Kiki, would you please look at this poo and let us know what you think?

@Eggcessive found a worm today 😩 i just added amprolium to finish out the 3rd day for their water but it looks like a tapeworm in one of their poops.

What to do? And what is safe to dispense?

In your other thread it looks like intestinal shedding, but as suggested by @Eggcessive you could treat for both Coccidiosis and worms.
You are giving a full course of Amprolium right? For 7 days total?

Can you get some photos of the worms you see? You mentioned on your other thread you thought you saw Tapeworms. Were they moving?

For Tapeworms you will need Praziquantel for other types of worms you can use Safeguard or Valbazen as suggested.
It looks like intestinal shed, which can be normal occasionally. Since you saw it yesterday, you could give Corid to all chickens for 5-7 days, in case of possible coccidiosis. Worming with Valbazen or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer can be done as well. Or if possible call your local vet to see if you could bring in some fresh droppings for a fecal float to look for those parasites.

@Wyorp Rock thank you so much for your reply and advice! I only saw a single white thing I thought was a worm about 3 days ago, but it was not moving. That was the only instance I've seen so far. However, I've been seeing at least 4-5 poops with pink stuff that looks like intestinal shed in a flock of 15 pullets. Every day is uncommon for this right?

I only gave amprolium for 3 days at the full dosage of 1.5 tsp/5 g per gallon of water.

I would have followed the instructions on the Cox-Out (amprolium) to give for a treatment period of 5-7 days. Amprolium is mild, so you can always just start the treatment again and give for a full 5-7 days. Make sure the mixed water is the only water they are drinking and that you don't offer extra vitamins during the treatment period.

For treatment of worms, I would look for Albendazole (Valbazen). Looks like Bosterno Plus (Levimisole + Albendazole) may be a good product to use.
