Poorly hen will be put down if she doesn't recover before next Saturday :( PLEASE HELP

Is there anywhere you can get the drops in the UK?

We don't know if we'll get another chook, since my brother and I will probably move out in their lives, and my parent don't particularily want to care for them by themselves.

We've given her a warm bath, and will try again.
Apparently she has mites all over her, suggestions?

Thank you for all your replies, they are appreciated.

Perhaps some electrolyte powder...it says on the back of the packet how much water to mix with. If you have a farm store, feed mill, or feed/gardening store nearby, they should carry that stuff.

You can use poultry dust to treat for mites/lice - sometimes it's called Louse powder - I'm not sure what you have available in the UK.
As @3riverschick chick suggested Poultry Nutri-Drench is very good, but if you can't get that where you are, then ask your feed store if they have any Sav-A-Chick vitamins/electrolytes or Poultry Cell. If no luck on that you can use infant/children vitamins like Poly Vi Sol (no iron).

Mites/lice can cause weakness if the infestation is large enough, so hopefully that will help.
With her age she may be having some reproductive/internal laying issues as well. Offer the vitamins and give her some wet layer feed, you can also give her a boost of protein by giving egg, tuna, mackerel or meat. Keeping her hydrated is important.

Thank you for your suggestions :)
We have some demiting powder (chemical and physical). Lets hope its just mites, and nothing else

Thank you Wyorp Rock :)

I will try the protein and vitamins, or electrolytes as you and littlefarmgirl9 suggested. Hopefully it will work :)

Any suggestions how to get mites off the eyelids and face?
I don't think we should use powder there.

We gave our girls Sav-A-Chick when they were babies, it gave them a LOT of energy.

Maybe spread petroleum jelly over the mites. Or just rub them off...? I'm not sure.
Does she seem to be improving, did anything help?
