(Actually, he doesn't hate dogs - that was just an act. In reality, he's not the cruel, sadistic character you see displayed in the anime, he somewhat likes dogs, is really sweet and is REALLY smart. And power-wise, yes, he's a demon, yes he does the awesome butterknife trick occasionaly, and no he does not take peoples souls. )
