possable broke hip?

we just noticed her leg looks wrong, can it possable be broke and what can be done for her, it looks like the joint may be swollen

You'll have to pick him up to examine the joint more closely. Feel the joint to see if it's slipped.
The awkward angle looks like it may be a leg bone deformity but hard to tell.
