One of my little girls (she is about 12 weeks old) got her leg stuck in the roost last night (or this morning). I have a slat type roosting area made of 1x2s. I am not sure how her leg got through as I had to unscrew the slat to get her unstuck. She was able to hobble off from me into another part of the coop but is not up and around. How can I tell if she broke the leg, and if she did do I have to put her down? What do I do? Any advice would be most appreciated.

Is she moving at all now? Sounds mean, but I would try to get her to move by startling her somehow. If she doesn't move even when startled, it's broken. If she gets up and limps away, its just bruised/strained.

No advice on how to treat broken legs, but a search on this site will probably turn up some good answers.
