Possible Bumble foot

I have three pet chickens that are starting to have signs of possible bumble foot.
When I feel the bottom of their feet there is a bag or growth, but not the bumble foot scab.
Should I treat this for Bumble foot or is this nothing to worry about?

I don’t see any obvious bumblefoot but it doesn’t hurt to keep an eye. Where you feel the bag/growth is it squishy or hard?

I am not seeing any bumblefoot scabs on the footpads, but one of the backtoes looks funny, kind of bulb shaped.

For the chickens feet, the growth is where the chickens claws meet their legs.
The growth is kind of squishy, and it can be moved around
The bulb shaped toe was probably bad camera quality because when I checked Silvers right leg, it doesn't have any growth on her claws.

The pad looks good to me, squishy is normal
