So when I picked up our EE Stripes today, I saw that she had a darkish circular scab-like thing on both of the bottoms of her feet. There isn't much swelling. Is it bumblefoot? Pictures will be attached soon.

I treated early bumblefoot easily. Holding my hen close to my chest in front of a sink I turned on the water (warm, NOT hot but hot enough to have effect) and soaked it, carefully massaging the scab. Eventually I was able to pry off the plug and I bandaged it up with some Neosporin. I checked the scab a few days later and it was healthy and healing.Update: On closer inspection the scab is red, not black. Is it bumble foot? We stopped operating today because we are genuinely not sure whether or not it's bumble foot. (Stupid autocorrect.) Both feet's scabs are red, not black. Is it a coincidence? Also the "leathery skin" was also a scab. Sigh.
I feel so dumb.
