I have been following this thread for quite some time. I am waiting on the edge of my seat to find out what will hatch from these eggs Its been quite the read. I look forward to reading the posts at the end of the day. Now as far as how long to cook a chuckar. I cook them to an internal temp of 150 degrees. They are best served with some home made stuffing with sage in it. Lol. They are pretty tasty.
