Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

hahahahahah i so have to paint that on my coop! i have been looking for something but nothing suited me

I had one of my frizzle chicks hatch this morning and almost lost him this afternoon. The cat snuck in while I was out gathering eggs and tried to get to little Jackdaw. Thankfully when he knocked the lid off, he knocked the chick off which stayed under the lid. I was only outside for a minute... If I had taken longer.... Thankfully the other egg that is due to hatch today got rolled but was otherwise okay. Needless to say he has been banished to the barn.

what kind of frizzle? that woman i was telling you about with the tolbunt just told me she is going to give me the bird and pay for shipping ! i will send her a dozen eggs when he gets busy or however many he has. i am so lucky! i cant belive it. soo nice and a good turn around from what has been going on

i know, right ! not that many kind people like that to pay out of their own pocket for someone they never met. it is awesome ! how are babies today? is moose acting like a moose? lol

have you ever shipped eggs before cheyen? guess i will look it up when he gets busy

The babies are great. Now that they've got their wing feathers, I think it's safe to say I have four little pullets and maybe two cockerels.

Moose fell asleep in my pocket again earlier. He's such a cutie.

And no, I've never shipped eggs. I'd like to, though.

aww, thats so sweet. those others must grow really fast huh?

Well, they feather fast. It seems like they take years to grow, though. They'll be the size of a two week old chick and have the feathers of a five week old, lol.
