Wings are tricky to bandage. My mom handles that kind of injury. Is he looking healthy other than his wings? Is he eating and drinking, etc.?

yes, he is chasing the others around and eating but he is also dripping blood. its under the wings on his sides i guess

Do a good inspection on him and make sure he doesn't have any puncture wounds under his wings.

Like under his armpits? It would look silly, but you could try wrapping up his whole torso to get under his wings.

i didnt even catch him. thats a mission by itself. guess i better go try

If you have to, you could wrap his entire body, wings to his sides so that it might add pressure. I would keep him in a small cage for a while so he can't move around much.
