Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

Good day to all woke up to yet more snow and rain. Most has melted but about 12 inches of snow in the past 2 days. Chicks are now in Fargo about 300 miles away. Man are they gonna be in for a wild ride out to the farm about 14 miles of mud and clay mixed roads. Like driving on snot/grease. Why no gravel you ask because our county is run by IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!! We really need more chlorine in the gene pool for the locals around here. Sorry about the chick there granny!!

Have a good one everybody.

It got cold here too. I have a new baby bantam cochin in my incubator. They got moved off the Turner when I noticed one had internally pipped...oops...it hatched out just fine. The other two I thought were dead when I moved them. They are both in the process of jumping around trying to internally pip. EEEEEEE!

Good morning all!

Went to bed around 10pm, up at 11:14pm, up again at 12:45am, again around 2 and then 4.....
Monday my sister bought chicks and in her infinite wisdom decided to stop by and give my daughter an Ameraucana chick that decided to peep peep Peep PEep PEEp PEEP!, all night!!! In just a few days it has become very attached to her. It sleeps on her nightstand in a little bin with a lamp. So every time she rolled over, or her hair was where it couldn't see her face, it would scream!
I was very tempted to pop it in the fry-daddy and have a chicken nugget for a snack!!!
5am came way too early!

Sorry for lack of posting lately, guys. I've been pretty busy with exams and SOL prep. I've been watching survivorman on netflix for the past few days. I don't think I'd last more than a few hours in the situations he puts himself in, lol.
