I got that wrong. He's not a serama, but a serama mix. His dad's a bantam gamefowl apparently. He's such a sweetie. He sat in my lap and fell asleep today. He doesn't mind being held, and comes when called. Probably helped that his previous owners had a little girl. He's a keeper for sure.

Starkasm, when do the chukars come out of their crazy stage? It's still scared of me, and runs at its cage walls like a madman!

aww, that sounds so cute cheyen ! i dont have any that would want to sit in my lap i dont think. the dying in my flock has slowed down for now . i think i lost about 25 but im not real sure.

Oh hallelujah! Hi All, have been having issues posting on the home computer. Lurked plenty, but impossible to join the conversation since way back in the winter. Then busy so haven`t kept up with the thread. Anyways, it`s good to see that you all are still hanging here and yakking. yes sub, we cant all be angels can we? i dont think i said anything way out of the way but i really dont remember what i said. my mother had just died. matter of fact i think she has been gone a month today. i really shouldnt be on here now but i have a few friends i enjoy talking to and it helps me to deal with the loss.

Felix is losing his mind right now, lol. He's always running at the walls of his cage, like he wants to get out. I think I'll kick the cats out and give him some flying time.

Watching my gals sunbathe is so relaxing. Felix had fun, i think. He didn't do any flying, though. Just flapped his wings.
