Ok, So my year old SLW came back ruffled up and muddy like something had played to rough with her (no puncture wounds). She's missing a lot of feathers and the area under her vent is slightly enlarged and soft. That area is also missing feathers. She has pooped, ate, and drank a little bit after I got her washed up. Should I be worried about an internal broken egg? I don't know if she laid one today or not.

Check her vent to see if it is pulsing and if any discharge is coming out. When mine had an egg broken inside it would ooze out her vent and she kept working it to try and get it out. I did the warm water bath/soak and later that night it came out. Last Thurs I had one that I thought was broody but it turned out she had an egg stuck for several days. The warm water soak didn't do it. I finally had to help her expell the egg. I could feel it near the vent. She just couldn't get it out. See if you can fine more symptoms. I would keep her inside till I saw an egg or found the issue. I feel bad that I didn't catch the stuck egg till almost too late.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye on her and watch for oozing.

*edit* How long do you keep them in the warm water bath?
