Possible scaley leg mites?

Could this be the beginning of scaley leg mites? She's been pecking at her leg like it's irritated. The yellow bumps don't look normal...

ouch that looks painful! do you think she was bitten and was bruised?

Possibly...? She has other blood marks on her wattle and comb. I looked at the other girls' legs and I think they might have scaley leg mites...but no one else is biting at their legs except this one.
