Possible splayed leg??

The chick cannot stand up on its own. I’m not sure if it’s a slipped tendon or not. I braced the leg and tried to get it to eat but it won’t. It was an assisted hatch also.
 
My uncle had a chicken that was an assisted hatch who couldn’t stand (we think it was spraddle leg) He braced it with a rubber band and a straw. The chick proceeded to live a long life as the rooster of a flock.

This does help thank you. Do you know if it’s leg was splayed out back wards or to the side?
