Possibly sour crop? Need help

Nevermind, I let her out and she drank like I was starving her and measured what I had left, she drank none of the molasses. I’m going to try the epsom in the morning, since she just drank her weight in water.

I broke down and found a vet 30mins away, she found an incredible amount of bacteria in her crop (no yeast bcuz of what I did) and sent me home with antibiotics. She also think it could be a partial blockage, since she was still pooping.
She said bland food for the flock until Grey got better. But on day 3 of antibiotics she was still in the same spot that I put her the night before and her crop was the size of an orange and it was just oozing out of her beak. Somehow she hung in there all day, and passed through the night. I feel awful that I couldn’t help her. She was one of my special ones... poor sweet girl.
