Did I mention I got rid of all my other birds to make room for more birds?! I already have plans to make some breeding pens and a display area in the back yard for my mature birds (when their tails come in!)

I even went as far to try and convince my parent's to get rid of our trio of lf...they didn't for for it! lol Someday I would love to get a longtail to raise in a Tomebako someday!

Hey all, I was away for a while, been very busy here. So, the verdict on my white roo from Cy was to breed him to a Silver Duckwing hen, right? My 2 birchen chicks are doing well so far. Can't wait to see how they develop. I have been having an egg-splosion around here lately. I need to find peeps to sell my extras to or I'm going to have to start eating them! If anyone is interested, PM me.

yep Mopar

silver dw or birchen will tell you the color it's over, but you'll need a duckwing to know the pattern.

Like I said though, I hatched from that cross this past weekend and all were silver duckwing, got 6 or so more due for this weekend will follow up with it too, but mine is over silver duckwing pretty certain of that. Chances are yours is too, but that breeding test will tell you for certain.
