I don't take many pictures of my birds, but here is a young pullet hatched out of my line this spring. She is showing a pretty good tail for a 5 month old pullet. I don't think she is happy being caught and held either haha.

I like 'em both, but I'm a bantam guy, so the smaller Ismers are my favorite, just based on size alone.

See I was a bantam guy...
Now I like standards because they give you longer feathering (from what I hear)
Plus just growing rate, they are easier to maintain

Bantams take forever to grow and they aren't as hardy (From my experience)

Does she have any fly tie blood in her? I hope to introduce some fly tie blood into my flock some day for my farm bird project.

No fly tie blood added. I just hatch 100's of eggs and select hard generation after generation. And I started out with decent stock too

I'd have to disagree with most of that...LOL

Plus they eat way less and take up way less space

I am working on a barred fly tie line in the bantams now. And just some that are bantam flytie

yep she does, you can see the sour bumps on her legs already, almost over looked it til I saw Amanda's post.
She does have some nice cockerel feathering.
