Post Phoenix Pics Please

What does fly tie mean?
...I am raising them for the flytie angle except that I do not have the mindset of a fly fisherman. They are so quick to boast how they practice 'catch and release' when they fish and brag about how conservation minded they are but they sure don't mind that the poor chicken had to loose its life for the hackle to tie their flies! I personally plan on just plucking feathers as-needed...

Wow, if he looks like that at 4 months... he is going to be stunning!
Thank you. I have 3. One is a bit on the small side. The other two I am going to have to pic from. They are both nice.

@Puddin Fluff mighty fine cockerel you got there. Would love to see him grow. Got pics of parents?

No pics of the parents. They come from the University of Arkansas, Dr. Bramwell's Heritage project birds.

I think they are talking about using feathers for fly fishing lures. People call it fly tying. (correct me if I am wrong

Here are a couple of my girls from a couple weeks ago. I know the guys are the stars of his the show, but I would like to see some adult silver ladies to see how mine are adding up. Anyone out there have some to share?

I got a new phone so no pics but the first hen is amazing. I would like to see some more red on her breast. Her tail is just awesome.never sell her. You will get the best offspring from her in my opinion
