@Shawna89 he looks like a pure phoenix. He is nice looking and nice feathering too. I like how wide the feathers are. The only thing is his comb is dubbed so he can't be shown but otherwise he's good

That's pretty darn good and he is 1 year old correct? I remember that someone said that there is Phoenix that mouldy at 1 then don't molt again until 3-5 year old.

I was told he is about a year or so. His mate is very pretty too. I'm not sure what color he is. Any idea?

Okay then maybe he is getting adult feathers at 1 year to grow them in well. Have a picture of his mate?
