I dont know, last I checked the APA and ABA only had 4 phoenix colors, white, bb red, silver duckwing, and gold duckwing. The silver dw and gold dw were the first added back in '74 I think it was, then a few years back they added bb red (light brown), then just recently white.
I did find a Germay/ European standard that had blacks, golds, and silvers, but they gave no discription of the colors, just the names, so not sure if they meant duckwings or the gold/silvers you mentioned
Some breeds just use different common names, and simply call them silvers, some go the full name, silver duckwing. Like RAREROO said, silver is the color gene and duckwing is the pattern gene, so what is the pattern gene in the black necked ones, is my question I guess?
There's all kinds of "silver " birds, silver quail, quil, duckwing, birchen, columbian, silver millies etc
