I believe they are pinkish yellow color... Why?

Because that 2nd to the last pic you sent... the chicken almost looked like it had a beard... but I an no expert that's for sure. Buff Orpingtons should have white feet. Can look pinkish too just not black, blue, ect.

Yes their in there for breeding sleeping eating. The pens get moved about till dead winter then we go into the pole barn with the heat and lites IF I choose. I did not last winter.

They don't have nest boxes. And that is why they don't go broody. Give them a box and they go broody

I'm going to be breeding coronation sussex, wheaten marans and silver penciled plymouth rocks - I'm just waiting for babies to grow out...I found out I CAN have roosters

Well here you go. IF you need a dry place I find a cheap used garbage can is as good as anything for them to hide from the elements. Problem is they rather be in the rain in my larger grow out pens. My Buffs choose the rain over the inside the pole barn where they can go but choose not
