The others are correct that coyotes could easily reach your turkeys on their current roost. On a different note, the turkeys in your photo are not Bourbon Red turkeys.

Thanks for the help!....perhaps another photo will clarify for you, but I'm fairly certain that they are Bourbon Reds. It was a little dark in the "roosting" photo.

They look like Bourban Red turkeys to me. The tom looks like he is just missing some tail feathers, and the hen I just don't see any white on her.

He is doing a lot better, he is taking a dust bath with his chicken friends right now, I have been walking him daily now, I got three poults recently so he will have friends his size

If you are referring to @cwojbaker, Look at his avatar and you will see that his hen has lots of white on her.
