Post to buy sell trade

I would like to post an ad to try to sell some extra ameraucana's. I have >30 posts. I am trying from an iPhone, but I have no problem with posting to other forums. When I try to "start a thread" there is no option.
I posted a free rooster ad sometime ago. I remember seeing only one ad at a time somewhere. Those roosters are long gone. If that is the problem how do I deactivate the ad?
If that is not the problem, what is?

I took care of your rooster ad, but that was not the issue.

I cannot post a new thread in the BST section from my mobile device either. If you go down to the very bottom of the page and select "Desktop version", you should be able to post an ad.
