So, what you all are saying is that my baby chickies will be full grown looking in 7 weeks?!?!?!? This is unbelievable... I was cuddling mine tonight and they fell asleep in my arms... I don't care how big they get, I hope that still happens, although I am not putting all my eggs in that basket.

Do i have to seperate a hen with chicks from the rest of the flock, or can i just leave the hen and her chicks with the rest of the flock??

If the hen brooded the chicks as a member of the flock, i would not seperate them unless your rooster is mean to the chicks, usually, new borns by flock members are welcomed and taken care of by the flock, herd, den, pride and so forth and so on as in nature
