With regard to being able to keep Tinamou.... I have looked on the Softbill site and they are listed but they dont have any shown for sale. Softbill site is where I first found Vulturine Guinea Fowl for sale....

sixty bucks a piece for unsexed birds. If they are anything like Ratites unless you are a pro sexing is commonly done through blood tests.
