post your chicken coop pictures here!

Very good choice! These are very sturdy kennels. We got ours on sale at Walmart 4'x8' and it came with top sloped canopy roof and we bought reinforcement wire so 'Coons can't tear open the soft canopy top. We're using ours to expand the existing coop space. These are not cheap but pretty sturdy especially when anchored to our existing coop.

Thank you. I had this one from fostering a cane corso through heartworm treatment years ago and thought it would be the perfect framework since I'm not carpentry-inclined (not sure if that's proper verbage)

With the nice weather... We got a lot done over the weekend. Here are a few more pics!

Lots of work! Very nice idea on the vent! We learn so much on this thread!

Yep - everything is either pre-fab or already built as we have neither the skills or tools to make some of the great constructions that are on this site!

it aint easy too build from scratch even with the skills and tools for me it was a money issue if i had the money i wouldve bought a prefab coop ihad most of the materials either given to me or had them laying around

Here's the coop my husband built last summer. We repurposed the door and windows from our house.

This summer I added curtains and an awning to keep them cool. The sun beats right in in the afternoon. What a difference it makes!

Not sure if you can see the top curtains, but I found material with chickens on it that happened to match the color scheme.
OMG! Would love to see inside pics!
