I am almost done! Its12x20 and it is for my free range RSL. All I have left to finish is a little siding work, wire the underside of the rafters, paint and get a load of top soil to go over the wire apron!

WOW Okchicks - that's a lot of roosts. You must be planning the have a lot of chickens. How many nest boxes do you have?

It will house between 60-80 free range Rsl. I haven't started the nest boxes yet because they are only about 3-4 week old at the moment.If I raise 60-80 RSL I will have about 15-16 nest boxes probably. I am getting into more rare breeds of chickens and this will eventually get separated into breeding pens but in not exactly sure what I an going to do yet. I just purchased 100%English Double Lemon Cuckoo Orpington Chicks. I will also have 100% English Chocolate Orpingtons at the end of this month as well. I got in touch with a breeder who has imported many breeds of Orpingtons. His stock is magnificent!

I'm not sure how to post a picture and write on the same post.The Little White House that I am in the process of remodeling is above.I am using alot of salvaged materials and it is taking me awhile but in the long run I think it's worth it.It ain't fancy but it does the job and I still have awhile to go to finish it.I have done 2 sides in the white vinyl siding and plan on finishing it before summer.I hope you like what you see so far.It's my Little White House.

It's about 90% salvaged materials from various other projects

The trouble with this thread is that every time I think I've decided what I want to build next, I get some new great idea here! I'm paralyzed by possibilities

I'm only partly joking -- it is so inspiring to see what folks are doing....

2X! I'm in the prosses making coop plans and I always find new ideas here that make me have to draw up a new plan with the new improvement I found.

I wonder sometimes if I'll ever come up with a plan I'll like and stick with it. I guess that's what makes it fun though, because I get to invision so many great ideas. I have until this spring or summer to figure it out so bring it on!
