Poult Dance routine ?

Our two poults have started dancing with each other.

One will walk up to the other and stand as tall as it can, pushing it's chest out. The second one will match the bump, then they circle each other bumping and bobbing their heads.

One will eventually squat down in front of the other as if it's submitting. The last one standing will then go find something else to do.

One of them has started to strut a bit, however it is the one that seems to end up in the squatting position more often than not.

What is this all about?
