Poult hatching for three days. When/how to help it?

It has been hatching since monday and has not had much progress from this time yesterday. When and How should I help?

By now I bet the little sucker is dried and stuck. I'd check it.

How would I help this?

i usually try to get some wet paper towel and put it over the egg or i have actually taken them and spritzed with a spray bottle being careful not to hose it.

make sure the water is a good warm temp but wont burn.

Those methods are still not working. helped it a little bit and it should be able to get out, but the chick seems stuck to both parts of the egg. What should I do? Should I help it, or should I just let it die trying to get out. I don't think it can get out without my help.
