All the feathers looks wet, which makes me think something was chewing on your birds. I do not think this was human.
There is a lot of vegetation so it's hard to see the damage photos clearly, but in this photo it looks like the wire was pushed up from the bottom and something crawled underneath. It looks to be chicken wire, which anything the size of a raccoon or larger can bend like this. I'm not sure where you live and what predators live in your region, but I'd almost suspect a fox, coyote, or even a feral or neighbor dog. I don't think a smaller predator would have caused as much damage to the enclosure.
