Predator Identification

Can anyone help me identify this predator? It has a taste for eggs and chickens. CT (Connecticut) area.

I'm having trouble figuring out the scale/size of the track. Looks something like a cat track, but not exactly. No indication of toenails. I'm sure you have pine martens, weasels, mink and such if you live in the country, all of which like both eggs and birds. Will be interested in knowing the answer for sure !!
 
There are no hind paws showing but the front foot is that of a possum or a coon. If it's going to be dry for a few days, dust your deck with flour or cornstarch and see what you pick up. Or rake around the coop so it is smooth and will pick up tracks.

Could be....
Opossum hind paw is rather distinct with that thumb ish 5th toe.
