Darn, I just started last May, with Australorps and then Leghorns, later in the year I got into hatching, now I am addicted. I have barnevelders in the incubator right now. About ten days till their hatch...

Awwww, awesome!!!! Chickens are so wonderful, so sweet and funny with totally individual personalities as I am sure you see! I have been addicted, loving to care for them from egg to adult

The lady I got the barnevelder eggs from also has silkies...

I think she can ship eggs and chicks, she starts back hatching this month. She was super nice to me, even though I was paying her for the eggs, she is just a nice person...
