I had a couple of cameras quit working. They were no longer under warranty so I took them apart and cleaned a little corrosion in them with some electrical cleaner, put them back together and they worked...

yeah, still no sign but i will try to get a camera working. i dont think it has come back since. i am wondering if it is only interested in the live quails? you'd think it would have come by again by now.

It will be back sooner or later. I have been seeing a fox randomly. It may show up and then I don't see it for awhile and then it shows up. It's pretty skinny. I think it maybe a young one that is now on it's own. Around two months ago I heard something one night around midnight test the electric wires that go around the pens and coops. I'm pretty sure it was the fox.

I have caught predators when they have killed any of my birds.

People used to use pellet guns for this kind of stuff. It was why people even bothered with such low powered guns. (Re: smaller predators)
