We ended up running a lukewarm bath for them and they LOVED it. Lylah was diving and acting like she's done this many times before
The others just paddled and bathed. They all seemed to really enjoy it. They're under their heat lamp now preening

Thanks so much!So flipping adorable and sweet! Beautiful little ducks!
Is this the coloring my dark ducklings will likely have, depending on gender?
I apologize if this is a silly question but this is new to me. Nat called them grays, right? @WVduckchick Of course I may be wrong but that's sticking out in my mind for some reason.
Also, the nutritional yeast was delivered today @Miss Lydia . Hopefully I ordered the correct thing. After looking at the MANY options at Amazon, I settled on nonfortified. Anxious to offer this to the calls and my big ducks
Yay! Sounds like they had a lot of fun!We ended up running a lukewarm bath for them and they LOVED it. Lylah was diving and acting like she's done this many times beforeThe others just paddled and bathed. They all seemed to really enjoy it. They're under their heat lamp now preening
Is it 1 Tablespoon of NY flakes to one cup of feed? Also, should I mix in both, NY flakes and liquid B complex? Is it ok to mix in a cup of mash? The ducklings LOVE mash so muchSince Faith is smaller and her legs are set farther apart sure wouldn't hurt to supplement with either Nutritional yeast or liquid B complex. It's very good for them all. 1tab of NY over a cup of feed and 1 ml of liquid B complex overfeed or treat like crushed up mealworms. They sure are precious. Although here I am giving advice when you have the Call duck experts right here. This is just what I would do.
They are so beautiful! I love Mallards so having some tiny loud versions of them will be wonderful! Thanks so much!
If you look at Chip (she is a grey) then yes if yours are grey they will look like her. Not a silly question at all.I don’t have any drakes that are grey but here is Cami and Chip (hens). Grey in call ducks is essentially the same color as a mallard. Here’s some photos of my grey call hens.
Glad the nutritional yeast arrived.View attachment 2634002View attachment 2634003View attachment 2634004
