Price of quail eggs

Anchorage Ak. $6 a dozen for eggs that have been refrigerated and $1 each for hatching eggs. I always add extras and if the hatch goes bad I will send a few hatchlings over so its not to disappointing.

Resurrecting this post in hopes to get some answers. Those selling eggs at farmers markets, Craigslist, or even to high end restaurants, etc.. do you have Dept. of Ag or Health Dept. permits or anything or how do you do it? Just go to the farmers markets and start selling? I'm sure high end restaurants require permitting but who knows.

I think that is great. I have to ask what do you feed them. My chickens eat all organic. I have never seen organic game bird feed.

If there is a place I can get non gmo or organic game bird feed, I'd love to know.

I believe homestead harvest is non gmo, you can get it from amazon, but I found it terrible. The birds hated it, it would mix with poop and make terrible cement shoes I had to soak off, it clogged my feeders, just all around bad.
