Price of Turkey Eggs???????

To be honest I don't get it. Why? Heck you could almost buy 4 grown BRs for this kind of money and it's not like BRs are all that rare. I understand that people get carried away with the auctions but dang!

No disrespect to the owners of these birds. I'm sure they are fine stock but I didn't realize that the
Arkansas State fair was so prestigious.

When ever I have been involved with a bid like this that got out of control the person with the high bid backs out. I have always been given a second chance offer when the person backs out. Sometimes I have even been the third bidder in line. Most of the time the price is so high nobody in there right mind whould pay it. From looking at the bid history, two people made up numbers they had know desire to actually pay.

first of all this late in the turkey egg laying season, the possilbility of getting fertile eggs is risky, besides at that price they need to be laced in gold.

I would NEVER pay that amount for turkey eggs. I thought I was nuts to buy eggs at $15.
