Problem Child - Spradle leg(s)

She is doing really well. I think she is strong enough now that she could probably go back out with the others if I wanted her to. I'm not going to though as my sister managed to hatch one out in her incubator and it needs a friend (currently in with a whole heap of chicks - as in chickens), so she will be going down to my sisters farm and living the high life. Looking at her now it is hard to imagine how weak she was and how surprised I was that she lasted those first 24 hours.

She seems to making up for lost time - she eats....and eats....and eats - I didn't think something so small could put that much away - and I've dealt with a lot of baby animals over the years!

She won't be going for a week or so and yes I will get a pic (or 2 or 3). I need to take pics on the weekend anyway - so I will get the good camera out rather than the phone and see how many cute pics I can come up with.

Some more good news.... one of the eggs I rescued is hatching - internally and externally pipped... Do you think I should go and put it under one of the geese that is sitting on infertile eggs or should I just keep it in the incubator? - Maybe I should put them all out under the geese sitting on infertile eggs....

Waiting for pictures.

I would not move the eggs would let them hatch in the incubator and when strong enough put them with the females that are sitting on duds, You do not want to lose them.
