and yeah bread is a no no. i only feed my duck starter food and treat it to fruits and veggies and maybe a few insects every now and then.

High protein and to much food promotes faster growth, which can lead to problems. What it does it makes the muscles grow faster then the joints can support. This leads to wing and leg problems in some ducks. So get him off as soon as you can. 2 days on it will not hurt him, but more is not good at all. So just buy regular duck food, and skip the baby food. No need for it.
