That actually looks disgusting. How do you get it plucked better?

the plucking is the easy part the hard part is scalding it so you can pluck it...once you have the scalding correct all it takes to pluck one is to rub your hand against the lay of the feathers. I can pluck one in about a minute if it is scalded correctly.

I guess we could have plucked it better... but we all make mistakes on our first try.
