Production Red, Hen or Rooster?

Hi all, i've got a production red bird recently, and I think its a hen, but a couple things have me wondering.

It's bigger than my other two birds, which are RIR and Buff Orpington Hens. And her (his) comb/wattle is bigger than I've seen on any other bird I've had, including a White Leghorn I had a few years back. There's also a little black on her/his tail feathers. I'm not sure how old s/he is, I'd guess maybe four or six months? I haven't heard much more noise from my birds than normal, and Id've thought if it was a rooster it would've started crowing already?

So, hen or rooster?

Looks to be nearly adult and a hen, but a side view would help a lot. What I want to see are the bird's tail/saddle feather and his/her hackle feathers.

Agreed, either its a point of lay hen, or its a roo, but we need a side shot to look for saddle feathers and such.

Its a female, I'd say 6-7 months in age.

Saddle feathers are on the back of the body of males, but this bird doesn't have any. She's a she and should be laying soon if she isn't already.
