So Toots isn´t actually mating with Sam, then? Just letting him climb over her? They´re just babies, another couple of months and it should be clearer. (December!) Funny about the pair the first year!
Even if they´re not!......I don't think Toots is, she is just letting Sam mate with her. Sam is going to have his wings full this coming mating season if all 3 are female. lol
True, I just hope he continues to like Babe if Babe turns out to be a gander. He is still protective of babe now. I remember how Sammy and my drake Ernie were, ugh. I actually saw Sam go after my one drake the other night this drake has never been afraid of Sam but he is now. lolEven if they´re not!......
Do you think Babe will end up bigger than Sam? That could mean the adjusting goes on a little longer...let´s hope Babe´s a she.True, I just hope he continues to like Babe if Babe turns out to be a gander. He is still protective of babe now. Ruru, how nice to hear from you. You were missed.Hope Sammie keeps accepting your Babe. Ganders get protective of the females in breeding season. Hope everyone is well been off here for awhile. Been through a lot with bone pain even after my surgery in June to take the parathyroid out of my arm that they transplanted in it. Now find out I have another parathyroid in my neck and need surgery again.

Here's a video of Pear and Kiwi... Do you think they like each other or is Pear/Kiwi showing aggression at all? I don't know much about goose behavior.
