Prolapse baby chick?

I have a 2.5 week old chick that seems to be failing to thrive. She has had some pasty butt issues and I’ve been soaking/cleaning her daily. She is acting fine but has now grown feathers or in size like the others. Is this a prolapse vent?

Is she eating and drinking well? I would offer some tiny chunks of chilled coconut oil, or add a bit of olive or mineral oil to some bits of egg or feed. She may be prolapsed because of constipation. How warm is your brooder? I would keep the prolapse moist with vaseline or oil, even hydrocortisone p cream to reduce the size. Poultry Cell or NutriDrench 2-3 drops orally for a few days might be of benefit.
