Prolapsed chicken? (Graphic images)

This morning I was out feeding my chickens when I spotted this (sorry for the graphic image if you have a weak stomach) I beleive it is a prolapse, and I was wondering what I should do about it

I would like to add that she is peeing, but no poop, she won’t eat either, but other than that she is acting normal
