Prolapsed oviduct?! I JUST REMOVED IT!

That's it?
No treats or scraps?
Mealworms
Dried black soldier fly larvae
Grapes
And very occasional other scraps like corn or rice.

The last few weeks, I’ve been sick, so they’ve gotten less treats. Lately it’s just been the occasionally sprinkle of the fly larvae.

Treat of any kind should never be feed daily and never more than one tiny tablespoon worth per bird.
Over feeding treats, especially ones that are high in fat li mealworms can cause the birds to become slightly over weight. Overweighness alone causes serious infections in their lady parts that cause issues like you are seeing. A chicken being over weigh isn't noticeable by just looking...it's a very small amount.
Too much treats also causes an unbalanced diet which can cause them to eat eggs to try to get more nutrition in.

The video isn't clear enough to see what's going on.
Can you get clear photos of fresh poop tomorrow in the day light?

I highly recommend stopping all treats immediately.
The layer feed itself is a balanced diet and everything you feed besides that takes away from them getting a balanced diet.

Most everyone learns this the hard way but what you feed matters. It can help prevent so many issues.

Thank you SO much for all that information! I will definitely heed your advice. And I’ll work on a new video. Okay, but side question… I have a 20ish week old rooster living indoors with me. He is on Purina Flock Raiser Crumbles for now. Since he doesn’t get as much exposure to outdoor bugs like he should, I feed him a lot of the dried larvae. Should I stop this as well? He also gets a bite of most things I eat that are safe.

That definitely looks like it. So stop treats, what else would you recommend? I’ll do more research when I wake up tomorrow.

The skin of the vent opening is encrusted with white matter. It's extremely hard to remove without leaving skin raw. What cannot be seem is the bag of feathers I clipped away from her vent that were completely solidified with white, crusty stuff. So yes, there is something wrong.
