I was at church the other day and was walking thru the kitchen and thought to myself, that proofer would make an awesome incubator!!

I told my mom and she said, I don't think they would let you do that, and how would you turn the eggs? I said I would only need it for 3 weeks, it's not used that much. I have two egg turners, and I could hand turn the rest.

Think of it like a bread "incubator". It's using to 'proof' bread/pastries before putting them in the oven. You can control humidity and temp.;
