pro's and con's of automatic doors

just had a discussion with hubby about installing these since our work schedules will be changing..I will not be able to close doors till about midnight.......could you give opinions on these doors?

I made my own with the add-a-motor chicken coop door plus a timer from walmart and I love them! =) have one on each of three coops.

Closes and opens the door each morning and evening. You just have to make your own door and track. I haven't tried one of the premade models. I do have a pic of one of my doors I'll try to dig up..
