Pros and Cons of quail?

Oh yes, the eating. Not only do they eat NONSTOP, they also make a TON of mess. I have seen them multiples times Just put their beaks in, and “jackhammer” it all away.
I thought only mine did that. It's like they're playing with their food so they can get more.

I will warn you, white quail are known for having a short lifespan and health problems (something to do with inbreeding I think). I have no experience with this though.
I don't do white anymore. The ones I had were mean. Only the white runt was able to be integrated with the other colors.

where they english white or tx A&M
Probably marketed as TX A&M, but honestly, I'm not even sure what the difference is. They were large dotted whites, formed a clique quickly and hated any bird that didn't look like it. All of the quail are a little biased, but these were exceptionally so.

from my understanding the TX A&M is slightly larger with slightly lighter meat
(not white meat) I never had a problem with my English whites

Texas A&M is no longer an actual breed. They were from a line created by Texas A&M, but the project ended, and there aren't any true Texas A&M quail out there any more.

Wait, really? I had one last spring, how do I know if it was true?
People will say that they're Texas A&M. This is something that I've been hearing from several sources in the quail breeding community.
