Puff head...I mean...Polish chick question?

We have two polish chicks that we hatched out from eggs I bought. One is black and the other is white. The white one seems to have feathers coming out on it's legs.

Are polish chicks supposed to have feathers on their legs?

The kids call them the puff heads and are already trying to figure out how they are going to see when their top hats grow out more!

If it has feathered legs, puffy head feathers and 5 toes 7 is white it could be a Sultan. Polish do not have feathered legs.

He only has 4 toes. So he must have some other breed in with the polish. He still is cute!
