You have gotten some good advice already, and all I am going to add is to suggest that she has some internal organ failure, such as internal laying or heart failure that is affecting her starting to lay and having the "sick" appearance. I would check her crop to see if it fills up during theday and empties overnight, since crop impaction is very serious. Here is some info about laying problems:
